Who we are
Legacy Path Law, LLC ("Legacy Path Law," "we," "us," or "our") is a law firm with offices at 7901 4th St N STE 300, St. Petersburg, Florida 33702. This policy applies to legacypathlaw.com and any page that links to it. It does not apply to third-party websites we link to, which have their own policies.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you complete our contact form, book a consultation, or email or call us, we collect what you choose to provide, typically your name, email address, telephone number, the practice area you are interested in, and the contents of your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our host records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the pages you visit. This is used to keep the site secure and to understand which pages are useful.
Information from scheduling and payment tools. If you book a consultation or pay an invoice, those transactions are handled on pages operated by Clio, our practice management provider. Clio collects the information needed to complete them. We never see or store full payment card numbers.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

- When required by law, for example a valid subpoena or court order, subject to any privilege that applies.
Cookies and analytics

Enquiries that do not become matters are kept only as long as needed for conflict checking and ordinary business records. Client files are retained for the period required by our professional obligations and applicable law, and are then securely destroyed.
